Studio Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Forum Studio CIC. By making a booking, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Access
1.1 Forum Studio operates with 24-hour access for pre-booked sessions only.
1.2 Entry to the studio is permitted strictly during your confirmed booking time.
1.3 Access details must not be shared with any third party.
2. Session Length
2.1 All studio sessions are booked by the hour.
2.2 The minimum booking time is one (1) hour.
2.3 Session time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled finish time.
3. Late Arrivals
3.1 Late arrival does not extend the booking period.
3.2 Any time lost due to late arrival is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
4.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. No-Shows
5.1 Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
5.2 No-show bookings may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
6. Use of Equipment & Facilities
6.1 Customers must use all equipment and facilities responsibly.
6.2 Any damage caused to studio equipment, furnishings, or the premises may be charged to the customer.
6.3 Forum Studio reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs where damage occurs.
7. Conduct
7.1 Forum Studio is a professional working environment.
7.2 Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.
8. Liability
8.1 Forum Studio is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
8.2 Customers are responsible for their own equipment and data backups.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 Forum Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2 The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
